Story #3 - Samara at School, Eastern time: 11:45 am at lunch

Today is a good day at school for Samara because a few of her friends Emma, David, Mark, and Michelle have all told her what their topics of their oral reports will be. Emma said she will do a report on her pet doggie, Rufus. David said he will do a report on his race car collection. Mark said he will do a report on his favorite basketball player, and Michelle said she will do a report on her favorite doll. "Those are good things to talk about, but you all know how much I love flowers. I have to do a report on my most favorite flower of all - the Lily!" Samara and her friends will have a month to prepare for their reports, but Samara had already started growing her plant last fall and now it was in perfect bloom! She loved planting flowers in her mother's garden in the front yard, and asked her mother if she could grow her own plant inside the house. Her mother agreed and helped her pick out the soil, seeds, plant food, and the beautiful flower pot. She watched her plant grow for a year and it is so beautiful now! Oh oh! The school bell is ringing now so Samara, Emma, Mark, Michelle, and David have to rush to their third period classes. "See you guys after school on the bus!" Samara yelled as she walked the opposite direction of her friends.
