Story #13 - Samara Speaks with Daniel at School, Eastern time: 11:15 am, October 14

Samara was walking to the cafeteria for lunch when she bumped into Daniel along the way. "Hi, Daniel! I'm glad you're okay after Hurricane Matthew!" Daniel looked happy when he saw her and started smiling the biggest smile that you could imagine! "Thanks, Samara, and how is everything at your house? Any damages?" Samara was sorry that she did not have an interesting story to tell Daniel, so she just focused on Daniel's experience. "Naah, our house is okay, and everyone is fine. So, I heard your big fin tire tree has fallen down after the Hurricane?! Please say that's not true, Daniel!" Daniel shook his head and said, "Yes, it's sad but true!" He looked sad when he said this. "I am so sad about this  (she paused) So now where will we swing?" Daniel reminded Samara that there was a community park not far from their homes, along with a community pool. "Yes, I know about that park, and I go there about week." (Which wasn't entirely true, because it depends on how much homework she had for that week.) "The park don't have a tire tree, so I guess we will have to swing on the regular swings from now on." Daniel and Samara have finally gotten their food and now they are going to sit down and chat with their other friends at the lunch table. "We saved you guys a seat." said their friend, Mark. They continued to talk and talk about Daniel's fallen tree, until a more interesting topic came up:  Who will Emma invite to her birthday party?
